Start state

All processes have a single start state. The start state appears in a white outline. When new documents are created in a category with process, they are created in the start state.

End states

End states are states from which there is no transition forward.


Processes can have one or several end states. End states are shown outlined in gray.


In the sample image below, the end states are "Rejected" and "Deposit Received".
